General Return Conditions:

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected

MaxiECU Product Returns:
As the Customer, you have the right to rescind the sales contract without cause. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the purchased product.

Note – applies to MaxiECU sets with a license
The MaxiECU software license is a digital product. In accordance with legal requirements, when purchasing, consent is given to the performance of the contract in full and the delivery of the digital product before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract (loss of the right to withdraw from the contract).

Starting the download of the installation file with the software is tantamount to losing the possibility of return. In the case of returning a MaxiECU set with a license for which the installation file was downloaded, the return is possible only with a deduction of the purchase price of the license.

To be eligible for return, products must be:

• Unregistered and unused
• Complete with all accessories and packaging

Returns for MaxiECU products must be initiated within 14 days. Contact us before sending your item.

8. Payment Terms

We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to handle transactions. By purchasing through our website, you authorize us to charge your payment method and agree to the payment processor’s terms and privacy policies. We do not store payment card details.

9. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. You acknowledge we are not liable for third-party tool use.
