Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product, provided the item is:

  • In unused and original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted unless the product is faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable software or digital licenses
  • Activated or registered diagnostic tools (e.g. MaxiECU)
  • ECU remapping services or calibration files
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error

5. MaxiECU Product Returns

If you are returning a MaxiECU set, it must be:

  • Unused and unregistered
  • Complete with all packaging and accessories

Important: MaxiECU software licenses are digital products. By purchasing, you consent to the digital delivery before the withdrawal deadline. Downloading or activating the software voids the right to return. If a return is accepted for a downloaded license, the cost of the license will be deducted from your refund.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
